Remembering the Belovedﷺ: Sister’s Caravan of Sacred Companionship
November 16 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
An event every month that begins at 6:00 pm on day Third of the month, repeating until November 15, 2025
Our evening will begin with the recitation of Surah Yaseen, then we will delve into the soulful world of the Burda and other nasheeds. The Burda, composed by Imam Al-Busiri, is a timeless ode in praise of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). Its verses have touched the hearts of Muslims for centuries, bringing peace, inspiration, and a deeper connection to our faith.
In addition to the Burda, we will enjoy various other nasheeds that celebrate our rich Islamic heritage and traditions. These nasheeds are not just songs but profound expressions of love, devotion, and spirituality.
This gathering is open to all sisters (boys under 7 years old), regardless of your familiarity with the Burda or nasheeds. Whether you are well-versed in these spiritual songs or are hearing them for the first time, you are welcome to join us and enrich your spiritual journey.
